Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

Ieva Vīgante, registration number 301184-11284, Kaupo Street 17, Sigulda (hereinafter – the “Controller”), processes personal data obtained from users of the website www.ievii.lv (hereinafter – the “Website”).

The Controller ensures the protection and processing of the User’s personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter – the “Regulation”) and other applicable laws.

This Privacy Policy explains what data is processed, for what purposes, and on what legal basis.

The data provided by the User (name, surname, personal identity number, email address, phone number, etc.) is processed for contract performance, customer service, and other related purposes.

The legal basis for processing under Article 6(1) of the Regulation is:

a) the User’s consent;
b) performance of a contract or steps prior to entering into a contract;
c) compliance with legal obligations;
f) protection of legitimate interests.

4. Categories of Personal Data

The categories of personal data processed include:

  • Identification data (name, surname, personal identity number);

  • Contact information (email, phone number, address);

  • Financial and transaction data (purchased products, payment information);

  • Technical data (IP address, device information).

5. Recipients of Personal Data

Data is disclosed only to the Controller’s employees and cooperation partners who provide services in accordance with strict security requirements.

Data is stored no longer than three months after there is no longer a legal basis for retaining it, except where retention is required by applicable regulations.

The User has the right to:

  • Request access to their personal data;

  • Request correction, deletion, or restriction of processing;

  • Object to processing if it does not comply with legal requirements;

  • Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.

To exercise these rights, the User must submit a written request in person or electronically with a secure electronic signature.

9. Exceptions Regarding Disclosure of Information

Data may not be disclosed if necessary for purposes of national security, state defense, public safety, criminal law enforcement, or tax supervision.

This policy is effective from 06.05.2026 and may be updated in accordance with changes to applicable legislation.

Returns

Product Return Policy

The Buyer has the right to return a purchased product within 14 days from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in its original, unopened packaging.

  • The Buyer is responsible for maintaining the product’s quality and safety during this period.

  • If more than 14 days have passed since the purchase, returns or exchanges are not possible.

Returns and refunds are not possible in the following cases:

  • The product has been damaged as a result of the Buyer’s actions (intentional or unintentional), including careless use.

  • The original packaging has been damaged or lost.

  • The product has been used.

  • The product was purchased during a sale or using a discount code.
