Terms of Use
1. General Provisions
The online store provides the content available on the website and offers the purchase of goods and services in accordance with the terms of use set out below.
If a consumer purchases goods or services through the website, a distance contract is concluded, which is governed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia, including the “Consumer Rights Protection Law” and the “Regulations Regarding Distance Contracts.”
2. Making Purchases
The prices and specifications of all products available in the online store are indicated next to the products.
To place an order, the buyer must select the products, add them to the shopping cart, complete the required fields, and choose a delivery method. The total order cost, including delivery charges, will be displayed before payment is made.
3. Payment Terms
The payment currency is евро (€). Payments are processed through the payment platform Shopify Payments, Shopify Inc.
Personal data necessary for payment processing is transferred to the payment processor Shopify Payments, Shopify Inc.
The contract comes into force upon successful payment. If the order cannot be fulfilled, the paid amount will be refunded within 14 days.
4. Delivery
Products are delivered throughout Latvia using parcel lockers, courier services, or other delivery methods. All applicable duties and taxes are applied to the goods and are to be paid by the buyer. Delivery time is 2–7 business days, although in exceptional cases it may take longer.
5. Right of Withdrawal
The buyer may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the product, provided that the product is not damaged and has not lost its value. The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal entities.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must complete the withdrawal form (insert link) and send it to info@ievii.lv. The product must be returned within 14 days, and the store is obliged to issue a refund within 14 days after receiving the returned product.
If the product does not correspond to the order or is damaged, the return shipping costs are covered by the online store.
6. Warranty and Complaints
If defects appear within 6 months that were already present at the time of purchase, the buyer has the right to request a repair or replacement. If this is not possible, the store will refund the purchase amount. Complaints must be submitted within 2 months from the discovery of the defect.
7. Processing of Personal Data
The online store processes only the personal data necessary for order placement and delivery. Data may be transferred to transportation service providers.
If the buyer agrees to receive marketing communications, the online store may send information about new offers and services. The buyer may unsubscribe from such communications at any time.
8. Dispute Resolution
If disputes arise, they shall be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Latvia or through the Consumer Rights Protection Centre. The buyer may also обратиться to European Union dispute resolution institutions.
