Refund policy

Returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 days after receiving it.
The returned product must be in the same condition as when you received it — unused, without signs of wear, and with all original tags attached.

Packages sent back without prior contact will not be accepted.

Please note that personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned, as they are made to your individual specifications and are not suitable for resale.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product for a different size, color, or model, please contact us at info@ievii.lv.

Exchanges are only possible if the selected product is available in stock.

Refunds

After receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that it has not been used and complies with the return policy requirements (i.e. it is in new condition with tags attached).

If everything meets the requirements, the refund will be issued immediately.
Funds usually appear in your account within 14 days after the return has been processed.
